Employee Interviews

Well, the employee interviews that I spoke of earlier (Emplyee Survey/Interview) happened last week.
I have to say that it was an eye opening experience. So many rumours fly around here and may of them seem to be unsubsantiated and not endoresed by the managements.
The best thing that came out was that an official notice regarding the bonus (bonus blues, bonus woes) would come this week. I have to assume that nothing is going to be forthcoming though. I guess better late than never.
I probably said more than I should of, but the CIO said that it was in full confidence. The number of inconsistencies between the way that the she thought the company workers feel and the way they actually do was quite alarming. Hopefull these interviews will result in a step in the right direction.
